Step 1: Go to the Starplaza
Step 2: Go to the 'New In' section
Step 3: Look around. Today it is on the second page
Step 4: Put it in your basket and buy!

UPDATE: The picture of the flowers from the 20th window are also still avaible. Just follow the same nstructions as the ones for the dress!
